One Room Challenge - Fall 2025 | Part 1

It’s been a busy start to fall here at Jillian Sipkins Interiors (hence why we’re weeks late to sharing part 1 of this project)! Amidst two down-to-the-bones renovations, we are working with some new homeowners to give their house some much needed personality. Little did we know that during this process we’d be surprised with a new arrival in the family! This means switching gears from redesigning a guest room to a baby girl’s nursery (our secret favorite room to design).

In keeping with the rest of the home’s design, we decided to infuse this room with plenty of color and pattern, while still making it feel calm and feminine and a room that she can grow with. Our clients approved and now it’s a race to finish before her January due date!

Next step: wainscoting, paint and wallpaper! Keep track of our progress along with all other participants on ORC Weekly Updates!
